Injuries reported in 2-car crash on SR-76 in Fallbrook

FALLBROOK, CA – An ambulance was requested Thursday evening after a two-vehicle crash at an intersection in northwest San Diego County, reports the California Highway Patrol.

The incident happened around 6:17 p.m. near the intersection of State Route 76 and Via Monserate. 

The circumstances of the accident are still unclear, but officials say it involved a grey Chevy Impala and a white truck. Both vehicles moved to the right side of the roadway, at which point the white truck struck the Chevy a second time.
