SAN DIEGO, CA – An elderly man went to the hospital Saturday after his car collided with another vehicle at a busy San Diego intersection, reports 911 Video News.
The incident happened around 10:18 a.m. in the area of South 4th Street and Ladner Street, which is just east of I-805 and south of Logan Avenue.
The investigation thus far indicates that two vans collided in the intersection. The crash caused one of the vans, a white Honda Pilot, to crash into an iron fence, striking a Uhaul van on the other side. The Uhaul then struck a white sedan.
At this time, the cause of the crash is still unclear. All four vehicles were damaged in the crash and the elderly driver of one of the vans sustained minor injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
