SAN DIEGO, CA – One person is injured after striking a guardrail on Interstate 805 on Sunday night.
According to Onscene.tv, the crash occurred on the I-805 onramp to I-15 northbound when a driver lost control of their vehicle and crashed into the guardrail. Two other vehicles subsequently hit the wreckage. The driver of the first vehicle was transported to a local hospital where they are being treated for life-threatening injuries.
It is not clear whether alcohol was a factor in the crash. An investigation is ongoing.
