SAN DIEGO, CA – An early-morning crash in the Normal Heights area caused delays for commuters on Wednesday.
According to NBC 7, the collision took place just after 5:30 a.m. on the westbound lanes of I-8 at the I-15 interchange.
CHP troopers say two passenger vehicles and a motorcycle were involved. The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, a “slippery substance” was discovered on the roadway.
