SAN DIEGO, CA – Rush-hour commuters near downtown San Diego faced traffic delays following a collision in Sherman Heights this morning.
According to a report by Total Traffic San Diego, the incident happened at about 7:50 a.m. within the westbound lanes of the freeway just before the exit to 25th Street.
