SAN DIEGO, CA – An accident on westbound I-8 left nine people injured on Monday afternoon, Fox 5 San Diego reports.
The crash occurred near Lake Murray Boulevard around 3:50 p.m. The cause of the accident is not clear, but several vehicles were involved.
Nine people were hospitalized, including one in critical condition.
