SAN DIEGO, CA – Medics were called to the scene of a four-vehicle collision with possible pedestrian involvement on I-15 NB in La Jolla Thursday morning, reports the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened around 9:13 a.m. just east of the Jennifer Moreno Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Merced Community Center reported the crash and said they observed a pedestrian with a shocked disposition walking along the interstate.
