News: Ambulance called to 2-vehicle crash in Lake Elsinore

LAKE ELSINORE, CA – Emergency officials reported to a two-vehicle collision on Monday evening in Decker Canyon, reports the California Highway Patrol.

The incident happened sometime around 4:48 p.m. at the intersection of State Route 74 and Tenaja Truck Trail, which is just west of Canyon Oaks Ranch.

Police say the incident involved a black Nissan Versa and a white Toyota Camry in a possible head-on collision.

Officials have not released any further details about how the accident happened, nor have they shared specific information about injuries. They did report that an ambulance was called to the scene.
