IMPERIAL BEACH, CA – Medics took a border patrol agent to the hospital Monday evening after a two-vehicle collision on a busy Imperial Beach roadway, reports The San Diego Union-Tribune.
The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. on 13th Street south of Coronado Avenue, which is west of I-5 and south of CA-75.
It’s still unclear what caused the crash, but police say the agent’s quad motorcycle collided with an SUV.
Police have not yet disclosed the extent of the agent’s injuries, but they have said that he went to the hospital in stable condition.
