SAN DIEGO, CA – Emergency crews were called to the scene after a box truck crashed off of I-5 in La Jolla this morning.
According to a report by CHP, the driver lost control for unknown reasons in the southbound lanes of the freeway just north of the La Jolla Parkway at about 10 a.m.
Troopers say the truck veered off the right side of the roadway and careened down an embankment.
