SAN DIEGO, CA – Commuters in the City Heights area were faced with rush-hour delays following a collision on I-15 on Monday.

According to Total Traffic San Diego, the accident took place at about 4:50 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway near the exit to University Avenue.
