SAN DIEGO, CA – Rush-hour commuters in the Solana Beach area faced delays following a crash on I-5 this morning.
According to Total Traffic San Diego, the crash happened just after 9 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway at Lomas Santa Fe Drive.

Few details about the collision are available at this time. However, the right shoulder was closed as a result, causing traffic to build up in the area going back to Leucadia Boulevard.
