SAN DIEGO CO., CA – An accident on Thursday morning caused significant traffic delays on I-15 Southbound before Via Rancho Parkway in Escondido.
According to Total Traffic San Diego, the accident involved a vehicle hitting the center divider, resulting in stop-and-go traffic backed up to the Citracado Parkway and Felicita Road.
