SAN DIEGO, CA – A crash on the southbound side of I-5 past State Route 163 blocked the four right lanes of traffic Thursday night, reports Caltrans San Diego.

The incident happened sometime before 10:23 p.m., not far from Balboa Stadium. Crews worked quickly to investigate and clear the scene by 10:46 p.m. All lanes of the interstate re-opened at that time.
