News: Crash on SR-78 near Springview blocks traffic

SANTA YSABEL, CA – A collision on State Route 78 near Springview Road caused authorities to close all eastbound and westbound lanes Thursday afternoon, reports Caltrans San Diego.

The incident happened sometime around 12:50 p.m., at which point officials implemented one-way traffic control. All lanes of State Route 78 re-opened around 5:40 p.m.
