If you’ve been hurt in a San Diego County car accident and have reason to believe that the other driver behaved recklessly, a lawyer can help determine if you could be owed compensation for your injuries, expenses, and pain and suffering. Before you can file a claim or lawsuit, however, it’s vital that you follow some very specific steps at the scene of the accident.
