SAN DIEGO CO., CA – First responders were called to the scene of a hit-and-run on I-15 during this morning’s rush hour.
According to Total Traffic San Diego, the collision occurred in the southbound lanes of the freeway near the CA-78 interchange at about 7:25 a.m.

The events leading up to the collision are not mentioned in the report. However, at least one lane was closed as a result, causing delays in the area going back to El Norte Parkway.
