News: Crews respond to hit-and-run crash on I-15 in Escondido

SAN DIEGO CO., CA – First responders were called to the scene of a hit-and-run on I-15 during this morning’s rush hour.

According to Total Traffic San Diego, the collision occurred in the southbound lanes of the freeway near the CA-78 interchange at about 7:25 a.m.
