SAN DIEGO, CA – A driver died after they slammed into a tree on the 7700 block of Mira Mesa Blvd on Nov. 15, according to Fox 5 San Diego.
Silvia Isabel Licona, 28, lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a tree in the median near Parkdale Ave around 3:30 a.m.
Licona exited the vehicle and collapsed on the road. Rescue crews pronounced Licona dead at the scene of the accident.
