SAN DIEGO, CA – A 31-year-old man was killed on Thursday morning while changing a tire along I-805, Fox 5 San Diego reports.
The accident occurred in the southbound lanes of I-805, near Adams Avenue. The victim stopped to change a tire around 3:05 a.m. when he was fatally struck by another vehicle.
The 22-year-old man in the other vehicle remained at the scene and is not suspected of drug or alcohol use.
The victim has not yet been publically identified.
