SAN DIEGO, CA – A driver was rescued by helicopter after their vehicle careened off a freeway in la Jolla on Wednesday morning.
According to NBC San Diego, the driver lost control of their vehicle for unknown reasons while driving on La Jolla Parkway around 8:30 a.m.
An SAFD rescue helicopter responded to the scene. Firefighters extricated the trapped driver and he was transported to Scripps Memorial Hospital with unspecified injuries.
