News: Driver strikes, kills pedestrian in East Village

SAN DIEGO, CA – According to Fox 5 San Diego, a driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on the 1600 block of F St on Dec. 23.

A 36-year-old man was driving a Ford pickup truck when he suffered a seizure before losing control of his vehicle and colliding with an Audi A3 and two pedestrians.

One of the pedestrians, Stephanie Karat Amick, 41, died from her injuries. The other pedestrian suffered an injury to their left leg.
