SAN DIEGO, CA – According to Fox 5 San Diego, a driver fatally collided with a female pedestrian at Ingraham St and La Playa Ave on Nov. 10.
The driver struck Heather Labounty, 33, as Labounty was crossing the street outside a marked crosswalk.
Emergency responders transported Labounty to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
