FALLBROOK, CA – Crews reported to a two-vehicle wreck involving an 18-wheeler on the northbound side of the interstate in Fallbrook, reports the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened around 3:04 p.m. in the area of I-15 northbound and Rainbow Glen Road, which is just northeast of Moon Valley Nurseries Farm.
It’s unclear how the crash happened, but police say it involved a semi-truck and an elderly couple in a red Chevy Silverado.
An ambulance reported to the scene, though police have not yet shared information about fatalities and/or injuries.
