SAN DIEGO, CA — A hit-and-run crash was reported Tuesday afternoon off Interstate 8 in San Diego’s Ocean Beach neighborhood, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred near the onramp to I-8 eastbound and Sunset Cliffs Boulevard. CHP first received the call shortly before 12:34 a.m.
Details are limited, but the reporting party told authorities the front end of his vehicle was “knocked loose” in a crash with another vehicle that fled the scene.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
