VALLEY CENTER, CA – According to KGTV, a hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a bicyclist on Cole Grande Rd near Horse Creek Rd Saturday.
A person driving a Ford SUV struck the 71-year-old male victim as he was riding a green bicycle at 5:34 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the bicyclist dead at the scene of the accident.
