SAN DIEGO CO., CA – At least one lane of I-15 was shut down following a collision in Escondido late this morning.
According to a report by Total Traffic San Diego, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of the freeway at the Felicita Road overpass shortly after 11 a.m.
