News: Man killed in Carmel Valley crash

CARMEL VALLEY, CA – A man was killed in an accident in Carmel Valley on Thursday afternoon, the San Diego Union Tribune reports. 

The victim was driving north on Carmel Country Road around 4 p.m. when he lost control around a right hand turn on the 12200 block of the road.

His Ford F-150 then struck a tree, flipped over, and the driver was ejected. He died at the scene.

No further information is available on the cause of the crash.
