SAN DIEGO, CA – A traffic collision involving a motorcycle led to the closure of all northbound lanes of Interstate 805 at Balboa Avenue in San Diego on Thursday morning.
According to a report by CalTrans San Diego, the incident occurred at around 8:56 a.m. on March 9th.
