News: Motorcyclist dies following crash in Ocean Beach

SAN DIEGO, CA – A motorcyclist died in a crash at I-8 and Sunset Cliffs Blvd Monday, according to CNS.

A male motorcyclist between 25 and 30 years old was riding a Ducati motorcycle west on I-8 at excessive speeds when he collided with a raised barrier around 1 a.m.

Emergency responders pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene of the accident.

It is unclear if impairment played a role in the collision.

The incident is under investigation by the San Diego Police Department’s Traffic Division.
