SAN DIEGO, CA – A collision caused delays for commuters north of downtown San Diego this morning, according to CalTrans.
The incident occurred at about 11:19 p.m. on the northbound lanes of CA-163 near the I-5 interchange.

The cause of the crash is not mentioned in the report. However, at least two vehicles were involved.
