SAN DIEGO, CA – A collision caused delays for commuters north of downtown San Diego this morning, according to CalTrans.
The incident occurred at about 11:19 p.m. on the northbound lanes of CA-163 near the I-5 interchange.

The cause of the crash is not mentioned in the report. However, at least two vehicles were involved.
At least one right lane was closed, causing traffic delays going back to the downtown entrance ramp.
