SAN DIEGO, CA – Major traffic delays were reported following a collision on I-5 near Old Town this afternoon.
According to a report by CalTrans, the crash happened shortly after 2 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the freeway just south of Sea World Drive.

The cause of the crash is not mentioned in the report. However, at least two lanes were closed as a result, causing delays going into Mission Bay.
