LOGAN HEIGHTS, CA – Drivers just south of downtown San Diego faced delays following a crash on I-15 this afternoon.
According to Total Traffic San Diego, the collision took place at about 1:15 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to Ocean View Road.
