SAN DIEGO, CA – Rush-hour commuters in Mission Valley faced delays following a crash on I-15 this morning, Total Traffic San Diego reports.
The incident took place at about 8:20 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to Friars Road.
