SAN DIEGO, CA – Two drivers were hospitalized on Tuesday morning after a driver fleeing from police caused an accident on I-15.
According to Fox 5 San Diego, the SDPD attempting to pull over a speeding driver on the city streets before he fled onto the southbound lanes of I-15.
After a brief chase, the suspect struck a box truck around 4:40 a.m. near Carmel Mountain Road. The collision left both drivers injured and both vehicles severely damaged.
Both drivers were rushed to the hospital. No indication has been given regarding the extend of their injuries.
