SAN DIEGO, CA – Commuters in Spring Valley were faced with rush-hour delays following a crash on SR-94 this morning.
According to a report by Total Traffic San Diego, the crash happened in the westbound lanes of the freeway near Kenwood Drive shortly before 7 a.m.
