SAN DIEGO, CA – Major traffic delays were reported after a collision in the Grantville area on Thursday night.
According to CalTrans San Diego, the crash happened just before 9 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the interstate near the exi to Fairmount Avenue.
EB I-8 east of Fairmount Ave, right 4 lanes closed due to a traffic collision. SB Fairmount Ave onramp to EB I-8 also closed.

Few details about the crash are available at this time. However, at least four lanes and an entrance ramp were closed as a result.
