LA MESA, CA – An 18-year-old woman went to the hospital after her vehicle crashed in the parking lot of an apartment complex in La Mesa on Sunday, reports Fox 5 San Diego.
The incident happened around 8:40 p.m. at the Trolley Palm Apartments, which are located just northwest of Collier Park at 4302 Spring Street.
It’s still unclear how the crash happened, but authorities say the woman’s car struck a traffic signal before overturning and colliding with a parked car in the lot of the apartment complex.
The driver hurt her leg in the collision.
Authorities do not suspect impairment on the part of the driver at this time.
