RANCHO SANTA FE, CA – A 28-year-old man died Saturday afternoon in Rancho Santa Fe after crashing along the roadway, reports Fox 5 San Diego.
The incident happened around 3:45 p.m. in the area of 16200 Rambla de las Flores, which is northeast of San Dieguito Park.
Police aren’t yet sure why the driver of a silver Toyota Matrix left the roadway. They say he was headed eastbound on Rambla de las Flores when he crashed into a tree and died at the scene.
A full investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash.
