SAN DIEGO CO., CA – A woman died Monday from injuries she sustained in an E-bike accident in Carlsbad on Sunday.
According to NBC 7, the 35-year-old woman was riding with her 16-month daughter near the intersection of Basswood Avenue and Valley Street around 6 p.m. when she collided with a Toyota 4-Runner.
The unidentified woman was rushed to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries on Monday. Her child was also hospitalized as a precaution.
The driver of the Toyota, a 42-year-old woman, remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
