News: Wrong-way driver causes rollover crash near Gaslamp Quarter

SAN DIEGO, CA – A dump truck flipped over after swerving to avoid a collision with a driver in the wrong lane, local news reports. 

The truck, which was carrying dirt and cement, was travelling east on Honey Springs Road. Another vehicle entered the path of his truck as it attempted to navigate a curve.

The driver swerved in an attempt to avoid a head-on crash and flipped over after striking the embankment. The other driver did not stop.

The dump truck driver was uninjured.
