Intake Specialist
Bryn Spencer is a Bilingual Intake Specialist on the Onboarding team at HHJ. A dedicated changemaker finding creative solutions for everyday problems, I bring a unique approach to every personal injury case. An adventurer at heart, I love to connect my travel and language experience to hands-on projects needing realistic solutions. At HHJ, I handle intake calls in Spanish, Chinese, French, and more!
My passions include expanding cultural understanding, encouraging equitable education, and addressing the global refugee crisis. A native San Diegan, I grew up serving the hungry in our community, supporting local migrants, and caring for the homeless population. During my undergraduate degree, I moved to Massachusetts and graduated cum laude in Romance Languages & East Asian Studies from Mount Holyoke College. There, I supported victims of violent crime for the Nuevo Camino program at Enlace de Familias, and Spanish-speaking families at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Franklin County.
Fostering shared connections for cross-communal understanding is an initiative that is close to my heart. In 2023 I embarked on a journey to understand local attitudes toward refugee migration in Northern France. While volunteering for the organization Care4Calais, I aided people from all over the world seeking a better life. We provided life-saving food packages, sleeping beds, tents, and other donations to those surviving some of the harshest outdoor conditions while awaiting transportation to their final destination. As humans evolve, there will always be a greater need, which leaves more room to serve.
At HHJ, I help clients who have been through some of life’s most stressful situations, from traumatic car accidents to the devastating Eaton Fire.
