Injuries Sustained
Claimant 1: Headaches, dizziness, stress, and anxiety, along with physical pain in the right shoulder, right hand, chest, middle back, and lower back.
Claimant 2: A strain of the muscle, fascia, and tendon at the neck level, plus left shoulder pain that prompted deep ultrasound and MRI imaging of the shoulder.
How the Cases Were Resolved
On February 10, 2026, HHJ Trial Attorneys issued formal time-limited policy limits demands to the at-fault driver’s insurer on behalf of both clients. The insurer accepted both demands on March 18, 2026.
For Claimant 2, HHJ Trial Attorneys pursued and settled an additional underinsured motorist (UIM) claim with that client’s own auto insurer. Both cases were finalized when the clients signed their respective Release of All Claims and Settlement Disbursement Statements in May 2026.

Claimant 2: $60,000.00 total — $30,000.00 in policy limits plus a $30,000.00 underinsured motorist recovery.
