HHJ Trial Attorneys founding partner Elliott Jung is representing former flight attendant Stefanie Bojar in a federal lawsuit arising from an alleged incident aboard a private jet used by entrepreneur Peter Thiel and his family.
According to reporting by WIRED, the dispute stems from a July 2024 flight during which Bojar alleges she sustained serious injuries after an altercation involving Matthew Danzeisen, Thiel’s husband and head of private investments at Thiel Capital. Court filings claim that blocked aircraft lavatories and excess luggage contributed to the incident.
Bojar has asserted claims including battery, assault, emotional distress, and negligent supervision, while Danzeisen has denied the allegations and disputes the nature and extent of the alleged injuries.
Commenting on the case, attorney Elliott Jung stated that wealth and influence should not prevent injured individuals from seeking accountability through the legal system.
The litigation also raises broader legal questions regarding workers’ compensation, third-party liability, workplace safety, and the rights of employees working in private aviation environments.
The case remains pending in federal court, and all allegations are currently disputed.
