How the Case Was Resolved
On June 5, 2025, HHJ Trial Attorneys issued a time-sensitive policy limits demand to the defendants’ insurer. After negotiations, the insurer formally confirmed its $150,000.00 policy limits offer on October 21, 2025.
The case was resolved through a Release of All Claims signed by the plaintiff on May 18, 2026, discharging the defendants and their insurer from further liability in exchange for the payment. The final signed disbursement statement was completed on May 19, 2026.
